From June 14-17 the Nova Rock Festival will traditionally take place at the placid Nickelsdorf at the Pannonia Fields II in Burgenland, Austria. With the Toten Hosen, Marilyn Manson, Avenged Sevenfold, The Prodigy, Volbeat and Billy Idol visitors are also looking forward to the mighty Iron Maiden as another headliner. The British will bring the Nova Rock to a honorably end on Sunday - hopefully followed with big fireworks as in the years before. Ewald Tatar, the Nova Rock Festival promoter said that "the fans are also looking forward to acts like Gentleman or Passenger." and not only to the hard stuff. We cannot wait to see the old thrash legends Megadeth again ;-)

Over the last couple of years the Late-Night-Special has been established. Acts like David Hasselhoff (2x!) or the Austrian cult band EAV played around midnight. This year Otto & die Friesenjungs will play the main stage on Friday. Next to the stages you can enjoy regional and also culinary food in maybe Europes finest festival food mile.

Other than that the Nova Rock Festival will present a new stage custome and also the Highway to Hell which is the walkway between the two main stages will get more special effects. The "Glamping" area (camping with comfort) will get a five times bigger arsenal and sure there will be more optimizations and surprises.

The pre-sale started very well. Tickets for the before mentioned Glamping area are already sold out. The Diamond VIP tickets including a stay at the St. Martins Therme & Lodge in Frauenkirchen, too.
